Refund Policy

APLS Course Refund and Cancellation Policy - 2012.

The following conditions apply to APLS course cancellations and refunds. Please read them carefully as they are deemed to be accepted on receipt of a course enrolment.

General Conditions

No refund will be given if a course enrolment is cancelled within six weeks of the scheduled course date.
No refund will be given for non-attendance at the course.
• An administrative levy of $300 will be applied to all APLS course refunds and cancellations
• All course materials must be returned to APLS prior to a refund being issued. If the course manual is retained, a fee of $150 (plus postage and handling) will be deducted from the refund amount


Applications

• Refund applications must be made in writing and submitted to APLS clearly stating the course dates and location

Refunds

• A refund (less applicable fees) will be issued if a course enrolment is cancelled more than six weeks prior to the scheduled course date
