Refund Policy

APLS Course Refund Policy - 2010.

The following conditions apply to APLS course refunds. Please read them carefully as they are deemed to be accepted on receipt of a course payment.

General Conditions

An administrative levy of $200 will be applied to all APLS course refunds
- All course materials must be returned to APLS prior to a refund being issued. If the course manual is retained, a fee of $120 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Applications

- Refund applications must be made in writing and submitted to APLS clearly stating the course dates and location
Refunds

- A refund (less applicable fees) will be issued if a course enrolment is cancelled more than six weeks prior to the scheduled course date

No refund will be given if a course enrolment is cancelled within six weeks of the scheduled course date. Unfortunately no refund will be given for non-attendance of the course.
